We're looking for a Cisco VoIP phone technician for a contract-to-hire position in San Antonio. Here's a brief overview: The VoIP Technician, under the daily supervision of the Network Manager, is responsible for inventory, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP phones, voice mail, and call accounting systems. Also maintains radios and phone stations. Install communications wiring and equipment. Assists and provides support for work order requests that pertain to Network Services. Mainly, they just need someone who can do basic phone configurations, add users, and troubleshoot issues on Cisco phones.
