Next+Gen Elementary

Elementary students are all constantly discovering and learning about the world around them. It is our goal in Elementary to provide environments where our K - 5th grade students can discover and learn the life that God desires for them to have. As they attend our ministries here at CBC, these Elementary students will participate in engaging worship, creative Bible lessons, active learning, and fun games.

It is our prayer that when our K - 5th grade students finish with Element they have grasped three key concepts: I can always trust God, God wants me to make wise choices, and I should treat others the way I would want to be treated. These will impact not only their world, but also help them impact the world around them as well.

Our Fun January Contest: The Twelve Twelves of 2012!

Hey kids! It’s 2012, and during the month of January, you have a chance to win one of 12 really cool prizes. We’re giving away 12 “Air Swimmers” Flying Fish.

Here’s how to play: Choose a really interesting Bible story and bring 12 things to Kids Church that are a part of that story. Or you can bring 12 pictures of the thing you choose from the story. For example, you might read the story of Joshua and the people of Israel defeating the city of Jericho. They defeated the mighty walls of Jericho by blowing their trumpets. So you could bring 12 pictures of trumpets to Kids Church, and you’ll be entered into the drawing.

During the last weekend of the month, we’ll draw boy-winner and a girl-winner from each grade!

Kids Church

Kids Church is our weekly elementary service on Saturdays and Sundays where each week we teach a different Bible story that shows us why the theme for that month is so important for us learn. These services are age-specific worship services for our elementary students complete with worship, interactive Bible teaching, memory verses, and team times designed to help relate the story to their world.

Kids Choir

KidsLife

KidsLife is our small group Bible study program for 3rd-5th graders. KidsLife meets every Wednesday, 7:00-8:15pm.
