Border Ministry

Description:

• Light construction of small buildings for church additions
• General ministry assistance to pastors of churches in very poor communities
• Visitation to the elderly and disabled who are unable to come to church and live in extremely poor areas

Duration:

Projects are generally deployed every month throughout the year, typically Friday thru Sunday. Some projects are restricted to established groups, such as LifeGroups and youth groups, and other projects are open to the general congregation. Average cost is $150-$175 per volunteer and includes all lodging, meals, and transportation.  CBC members are eligible for up to 50% financial support through a missions incentive program.
