There are the following payment possibilities determined by the date of registration:
On any date, you are able to pay in full the camp payment. The total cost will be determined by the date of registration.
Registered before January 1, 2020: $450 total payment $75 Deposit, $75 monthly payments automatically deducted by CBC on the 15th of each month until camp is paid in full or final full payment will be deducted on May 15, 2020.
Registered between January 1, 2020 and March 15, 2020: $450 total payment $100 Deposit, $100 monthly payments automatically deducted by CBC on the 15th of each month until camp is paid in full or final full payment will be deducted on May 15, 2020.
Registered between March 15, 2020 and May 15, 2020: $475 total payment $250 will be the deposit and then the final payment will be due May 15, 2020.
Registration after May 15, 2020: $475.00 will be due at the time of registration.
What is the difference between MS Camp #1 and MS Camp #2?
Both camps will be identically the same in every way. Please choose the camp dates that best fits your family. Who can attend Middle School Camp?
All 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Grade is determined by 2019-2020 school year. Do I need to bring extra spending money?
You do need to bring extra money, because wristbands are not available for purchase. The extra spending money can be used to purchase items from the concession stands and gift shop. Students are responsible for their own money. Can I pick up my student early or drop off at Camp Tejas after buses arrive?

We do our best to accommodate roommate requests – please enter this information in the designated area on registration. What meals are provided?
MS Camp #1 – Wednesday lunch through Sunday lunch.
MS Camp #2 – Sunday lunch – Thursday lunch.
Is there a gluten free option?
Yes, gluten free options are available at each meal. Please note this under allergies on your registration form. What if I have to cancel my child’s registration?
Please refer to the cancellation policy for dates and refunds in your confirmation email. Is my child allowed to bring their electronic devices?
No. Is there a nurse at camp?
Yes. Can I send my child mail?
No, you can not send mail to camp. We recommend that you pack any notes or messages you want to send your student in their luggage. Please label all mail with your child’s name, counselor and cabin. Are financial scholarships available? Scholarships are available but limited. If you would like to submit an application, please fill out the Camp Scholarship Form.
