Living Grace for Women (in person)

Living Grace is designed to provide healthy solutions for your heart and mind while living with any mental health difficulty or disorder. This supportive community experience has a proven track record of helping members to reduce symptoms, aid in overall mental health recovery and renew faith. Living Grace is an open group and new members can join any point during the semester.  Group meets on campus Tuesday nights from 6:30-8pm. Living Grace workbooks are available in the CBC bookstore.
