21: 1-11
On Palm Sunday, the crowd welcomed Jesus as King, waving branches and shouting “Hosanna,” expecting a ruler who would conquer and take control. But Jesus entered Jerusalem on a humble donkey, fulfilling prophecy and revealing that He was not the King they expected. Though fully God, Jesus chose humility, suffering, and ultimately the cross. While some worshiped and others rejected Him, all creation testified to who He is. The crowd wanted a crown, but Jesus chose a cross so we could receive salvation.
