Baptism is something God has called us to do after inviting Jesus into our lives. It is an outward symbol of the internal transformation in us. We are showing his death and burial as we go under the water, and symbolize his resurrection as we come back up and continue to champion him in our lives.

At CBC Southside, we long to see everyone in a smaller Christ-centered group where your name and your needs are known. Community groups are an excellent way for you to grow deeper in your relationship with God and to be known, cared for, and encouraged in a spiritual family. We have Community group options for everyone from Middle School to Senior Adults.
