Common Ground

Our team helps students get connected to our Common Ground (ages 18-24) ministry through our weekly Common Ground services, Community Groups, outreaches, retreats, and conferences. There are weekly serve opportunities on our experience team every Thursday night.

Love hands-on serving? This team builds the environment—setting up and tearing down spaces to create excellent ministry experiences every week.

Greeter Team

Got a warm smile and bubbly personality? Be the first hello at our doors! Our greeters make everyone feel seen, welcomed, and valued from the moment they arrive!

Connect Team

Passionate about meeting new people and building relationships? Help new guests feel welcomed, get connected, and find their place in our community.

Professional Committee

For people 26+ who want to invest in the next generation. Possible ways to serve on the Professional Committee is through mentorship, coaching groups, and event support at Late Nights and special events at Common Ground.

Child-Care Team

Love working with kids? This team serves parents and families by providing a safe, fun, and caring environment for children during the Common Ground gatherings.

Usher Team

Friendly and organized? Ushers help with seating, service flow, and creating excellent in-service experiences with care and a joyful upbeat attitude!

Prayer Team

Believe in the power of prayer? This team prays over services, prays with people, and brings faith, encouragement, and spiritual support to our ministry.

Campus Ministry

The Campus Ministry Team connects people to Jesus and community through campus tabling at University’s and a monthly community night at one of our CBC campuses.

Group Leader

Passionate about leading others spiritually? Group Leaders create a safe, Christ-centered space where people can grow deeper in faith and community.

Safety Team

Care about helping others feel secure? This team is alert, aware, and ready to help maintain a safe environment for everyone attending services and events

Production Team

Love working with technology and details? This team runs presentation slides during the Common Ground gathering to help worship and the service run smoothly.

Media Team

Creative? Love designing, photos, filming, or content? Whether you’re great with your phone, have your own camera gear, or enjoy making slide content you can help capture moments at services/events and create content that shares what God is doing at Common Ground online.
